Where is the parking for your office located?
There is abundant, free parking located adjacent to our office.  We share the parking lot with the Aina Haina Shopping Center. 

Is it possible for both my son and daughter to have their cleaning appointment at the same time?
Yes.  We have two dental hygienists to accommodate families, being able to have cleaning appointments available for family members simultaneously..

Do you accept dental insurance?
Yes, we accept HMAA, HMSA, HDS, all Delta Dental insurance, United Concordia, United Health Care, Humana, GEHA, Aetna, Cigna, MetLife, and Dentegra.

Do you use nitrous oxide(laughing gas)?
No, our office does not use laughing gas.  We use local anesthetic to manage any discomfort that is associated with the treatment being done. 

How long does a cleaning take?
Cleaning appointments are scheduled for one hour.  During this time an exam and cleaning will be performed and if needed, x-rays will be taken.

How do you do your sterilization?
All of our instruments are sterilized after each patient.  The chair and all contaminated surfaces in the room are disinfected.  Gloves are changed after each patient and more often if necessary.  Hand sanitation is also very important.  Soap and water or an alcohol based hand sanitizer is used.
